Meet our Founder
Alexis unlocks the architectural elements of womanhood, guiding women to discover the finer things within their femininity, its form, foundation, and function—beyond relational, financial, or professional status. With prophetic insight and precision for the unseen, she leads women into renewed identity where faith is strengthened, burdens lift, and womanhood is approached with clarity, grace, and spiritual maturity.
Her purpose is to walk alongside and develop women in all things pertaining to life and godliness, shifting limiting beliefs and inner narratives so they rise higher and embody the woman God designed them to be with assurance and divine alignment. She is known for calling women into a deeper, more liberated expression of God-established identity.
As a wife, women’s director, spiritual leader, and sought-after voice for faith-centered womanhood, Alexis equips women, and the communities they influence, to navigate life, love, leadership, and identity with intentionality and poise. Her diverse background in visual merchandising, education, program development, and human services, woven with her own journey to freedom, allows her to see beyond surface aesthetics, hear beneath deep desires, and guide women into transformative encounters through her C.O.R.E. Cultivation Framework.

As a premier training and development center, TBWW equips women and the communities they influence with principles that strengthen identity, deepen spiritual maturity, and refine womanhood at its core, free from pretense, pressure, or performance. We are where women learn to catch their breath, or find it again with guidance into spiritual restoration and feminine renewal.
Through our faith + femininity–focused online education, our mentorship program, workshops, and Alexis’ 1:1 spiritual development and advisory, we provide a bridge and a path for women to lay aside every façade and rise as the woven woman they were created to be.

Our vision is to lead women in discovering how intricately God created them, empowering them to navigate life and steward their responsibilities, even amid challenges, as their most fulfilled selves.
We envision women living sincerely fulfilled, inwardly secure, and spiritually mature, allowing this state of womanhood to overflow into their homes, careers, relationships, aspirations, and communities.
