No, it is not mandatory. This is an invitation for the woman desiring sustaining power over quick emotional highs. The lounge is an added layer that sets the tone leading up to the in-person intervals and lingers afterwards. You can pop in when you want; Alexis will post weekly with spontaneous pop-ins as she's prompted.

An Everyday Exhale is not optional; it is an additional $24.99 investment into your ability to experience internal revival beyond the intervals. Payments are drafted immediately upon registration, and then on the 1st of each quarter (every three months) on the same day of the month registration was reserved. Automatic payments end in December 2026.
